About Intensity Casino

A simple online casino experience

Intensity Casino brings a range of online casino entertainment together in one accessible website. Depending on availability, players may find different types of casino games, including slots, table games, live dealer options and other digital gaming products. The selection can change over time, so players should review the website for the latest information about available games and features.

Our approach is based on clarity and ease of use. Important information should be available before a player creates an account, deposits funds or starts a game. This includes the relevant terms and conditions, game information, account requirements, payment information, privacy details and responsible gambling guidance. Players are encouraged to read these materials carefully and ask for clarification through the available support channels if anything is unclear.

Online gambling should be treated as entertainment rather than a way to earn money. Game outcomes are determined by chance or by the rules of the relevant game, and previous results do not predict future results. Players should only use money they can afford to lose and should understand the risks before choosing to play.

Designed with player choice in mind

Players have different preferences, budgets and levels of experience. For that reason, Intensity Casino aims to present information in a way that supports personal choice. Players can take time to compare games, review features and decide whether a particular option is suitable for them. There is no need to chase losses, continue playing after a personal limit has been reached or make decisions under pressure.

• Browse the available games and review the applicable rules before playing.
• Check the cost of each wager and understand how bets are placed.
• Set a personal budget and time limit before starting a session.
• Keep account details private and use secure access practices.
• Read the applicable terms before using promotions or account features.

Our commitment to a responsible experience

Responsible gambling is an important part of the Intensity Casino experience. Gambling can be enjoyable for some adults, but it can also cause harm when it is not kept within safe personal limits. We support a practical, informed approach that encourages players to stay in control of their time, spending and decisions.

Before playing, consider whether online gambling is appropriate for your circumstances. Do not gamble with money set aside for rent, bills, food, education or other essential expenses. Gambling should not be used to solve financial difficulties, relieve stress or recover money that has already been lost. Losses are part of gambling and should never be treated as an amount that must be won back.

Practical ways to stay in control

1. Decide how much money and time you are comfortable spending before you begin.
2. Keep your gambling budget separate from everyday household finances.
3. Take regular breaks and avoid playing when tired, upset or affected by alcohol or other substances.
4. Do not increase stakes to chase losses or try to change an unfavourable result.
5. Review your gambling habits regularly and stop if playing no longer feels like entertainment.
6. Use available account controls, limits or self-exclusion options where appropriate.
7. Seek independent support if gambling is causing worry, conflict, debt or difficulty at home.

If you think gambling may be becoming difficult to control, stop playing and seek help from an appropriate Australian support service or qualified professional. Friends and family can also be an important source of support. Players should also be aware that online gambling is intended for adults only, and access should not be provided to children or other unauthorised people.

Security, privacy and fair use

Protecting account information is a shared responsibility. Intensity Casino may require account verification and other checks to help protect players, prevent unauthorised use and meet applicable legal or operational requirements. Players must provide information that is accurate, current and complete, and must update it when circumstances change.

Players should create strong, unique login credentials and keep them confidential. Do not share passwords, one-time codes or other security information with another person. If you believe that an account has been accessed without permission, stop using it and follow the account security or support process available on the website.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy. That policy explains the types of information that may be collected, why it may be used, how it may be stored and the choices available to individuals. Players should review the Privacy Policy before opening an account or submitting personal information.

Using the website fairly

The website must be used in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions and all relevant laws and requirements. Players must not use the service for unlawful activity, provide false information, interfere with the website, attempt to bypass security controls or misuse an account. Accounts should be used only by the registered account holder unless the applicable terms expressly state otherwise.

Where checks are required, an account or transaction may be reviewed before access or processing is completed. Additional information may be requested when necessary. These measures help support a secure environment and protect the integrity of the service. Players should read the relevant terms for more information about account eligibility, verification, deposits, withdrawals, game rules and account closure.

Information for Australian players

Australian players should consider the rules and requirements that apply to online gambling in their location. Eligibility can depend on factors such as age, identity, residence and the availability of the service. Before registering or playing, review the applicable website terms and confirm that you are permitted to use the service where you are located.

The information on this page is general and is provided to explain the purpose and approach of Intensity Casino. It is not financial, legal or personal gambling advice, and it does not replace the applicable terms, privacy information, game rules or responsible gambling guidance. If there is any difference between this page and a specific legal document, the relevant document will apply.

Keeping information clear and current

Online services can change as games, features, payment methods, legal requirements and operating procedures are updated. For this reason, players should rely on the latest information published on the website. We may update website content, policies and terms when needed. Continuing to use the service after an update may be subject to the revised information, as described in the applicable terms.

Our aim is to give players a clear place to find relevant information and make considered choices. Whether you are reviewing the games, checking account requirements or learning more about responsible gambling, take the time to understand the information provided before taking action. If you are unsure about any part of the service, do not proceed until you have reviewed the relevant guidance or used the available support options.

Intensity Casino welcomes players who approach online gaming with awareness, moderation and respect for the rules. By using the website, players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and agree to follow the applicable requirements. Please play within your means, protect your account and treat gambling as entertainment.
